I gave my company 5 weeks’ notice about my departure. Friday is my last day. I was just contacted by HR to schedule a meeting on Friday to ‘sign exit papers.’ Do I have to sign without a chance to have a lawyer review the papers?

Basically the title. That they would schedule this last minute is not surprising. Am I obligated to sign anything without the chance to have it reviewed by a lawyer? If it matter, this is in Massachusetts.
