Every time I come back into the office for 4+ days at once someone makes a stupid comment or does something gross that makes me uncomfortable. Then I work from home for a while. Then I get a complaint that I'm not going in enough from my boss's boss, or from this random stupid kid not even in my department. THen I go back into the office, and the cycle repeats.
I'm so sick of this happening. I'm leaving my company very soon but it's really idiotic. Btw my company doesn't have HR so there is no one to report this to. My immediate management is also very unhinged, so I can't report it to them either.
