So after a long battle with my mental health I've had some time off work and made it clear to my manager and returned back to work. They were upset I didn't call to let them know of my absence on a few days however I explained to them I was unable to call as I couldn't call out on my phone and emailed instead. They said it's ok and keep coming to work.
I finish my shift on Friday and not 30minutes after my shift ends on Friday I'm fired.
Why they didn't just fire me when they had this discussion with me earlier this week I don't know.
I don't really know what to do I'm just lost I thought I had really got my life back and was returning to work was about to have a good weekend and this.
