I worked at a dispensary and caught someone on my last shift with a third party purchase. Wasn’t too happy with the situation as I could have lost my license but I did my job. Today, I come in for my shift and my manager tells me they have to let me go because that same customer came into complain about me.
Since they let me go, I called them out for shit as things weren’t communicated with the staff, morale was low and our owner tried to enforce a uniform rule who said “if staff don’t like, find another job”
