I’m more upset about the fact that I haven’t received one talk about how to improve, or just words In general about what I’ve done wrong. I worked there for 70 days, which is 20 day’s before my 3 month probation which would’ve made me an official employee (they’re more flexible with keeping you after you fuck up.) so I was pretty upset. I want to know what I did wrong so I can learn and improve, but I can’t do that then all they say is “I know you have some questions, but unfortunately we can’t answer anything right now.” It’s infuriating how they leave you in the dust with zero information. Costco is a decent place all around, the manager’s suck and the customer’s are pretty inconsiderate, but the pay is nice and I would recommend for a starter job. If you want to make it past your 90 day probation, you need to constantly suck the d*ck of every customer/manager that talks down to you.
