Well, I just got fired because some HR lady (witch) got beef with me for A: not accepting that A manager commanded me to pick up my private phone to discuss covid information I already knew while I was driving home to go in quarantaine (my colleague had covid). I told him to be calm and I'll call him back in 10 minuten when I got home, as a reply I got 'no,now!'. As I am not a dog I will not accept this behaviour. We got a talk about it with HR, and for them the situation was done after the manager said that I didn't understand him correctly, which isn't the same as saying you're sorry.
The second beef : B is because of a external screening company who started calling and mailing me 5x a day for the same documents that I already send them, after a month of this I was fed up with this and e-mailed them that they must stop bothering me and do their job instead. I called them a 'beunhaas' which is The Hague (Holland) slang for someone who half asses his or her job.
That external company forwarded my mail to the witch of HR who saw this as a good reason to fire me.
So this morning, after being sick 2 weeks from covid, I woke up at 5:45 and got to work. Got there early as I do every morning to set up the work for the new guys (I only worked there for 2 months myself), and had a chat with my manager, and nothing was wrong. Then I got a call to come to one of the conference rooms and there they fired me on the spot. My manager didn't know a thing except that I had a meeting.
The extra nasty thing is, these 2 months that I worked here I didn't get paid because it's a special program for people with social problems (I have ADHD and I have manic depression) so I got a minimum pay instead of the industry standard pay (€1000 instead of €1800).
On march 10 my normal contract would go into effect.
I feel used, again.
I fucking hate people because stuff like this.
