So this is kind of a part two to my last post but I was fired today for clocking in outside of the building rather than inside, I was told that unlocking the doors is an unpaid practice and that it was considered wage theft. This place had the most roaches I’ve ever seen, the boss called me slurs, made people work off the clock, sold alcohol to minors, stole our tips, and threw things at us… The best part is I was actually going to turn my two weeks in today cause I start a new job tomorrow 🙂 and for anyone wondering the name of this toxic ass place is Java Surf Cafe and Espresso Bar in Virginia Beach Virginia! I was too scared to share the name last time cause I still actively worked there… I finally get to breath
