I got offered 73.5 hours a week for less than minimum wage.

Please be mindful that I live in Spain and prices and salaries are different over here. Minimum wage is around 1000€ right now and this employer just offered me 950€ a month for working 10.5 daily hours for the whole summer. He told me I could earn extra if I sold a lot. He wants someone to manage his store on a touristic spot for the whole summer, and that would be my salary as a manager. He wanted me to work 7 days a week for the whole summer for less than 3€ an hour. He wanted me to work almost two full-time weeks worth of hours every week. I'm very low on money and chasing little gigs here and there so something stable, even if predatory, could have made my summer and gave me some financial stability to start over again in September. I'm very low on money and chasing little gigs here and there so something stable, even if predatory, could have made my summer and gave me some financial stability to start over again in September.
However, a very well-known family owned company offered me to work the holidays (weekends and some festivals around my province, 12 or 15 days a month) and pay me per hour instead of salaried.

I've worked with them before (they asked me to try the job out to see if I liked it before fully signing the contract and they paid me accordingly) and they are a dream.

The job is really easy, I don't need to lie to anyone as I would have to do in that sales “job” this man tried to get me into, the bosses are really really chill and I get paid the hours I work. We work nights on the weekends and I end up exhausted but if I have to work an extra hour, they pay me two. They bring dinner to all workers every day. They treat us with respect and work as hard as we do. They drive us to work and back home so we don't need to pay for gas or transportation.

I was debating for a couple of hours if it was worth it because I want out of fast food jobs but this is not the way, so for now I'll stick to this foodtruck and we'll see what happens after the summer.
