I hate my job. When I applied they told me it was going to be $14 an hour, but at the interview they told me $13 an hour. I took the job because I need money, but I was wary that I got the job in less than ten minutes of interviewing.
Today I was told that if l didn't learn to do a job, I'd be taken down to $12 an hour. For context, I spend them washing dishes, grilling, and frying all the foods. I also do trash and clean the grills.
Instead of hiring enough people, they want me to do so damn much, and pay me even less. With gas and groceries so high, a salaried man threatened the little I do earn. I said yes sir and clocked out. Don't know if I'll quit now or wait until I've got a new job.
