I hate working with people who think they know better, and even if they are told, they still won’t change their opinion.

I guess this is part of being a working person, but Jesus christ how many times do I have to explain, that I can legally take a break while on the clock. This is probably 4 times I have explains to other employees this year, that we are legally allowed to take breaks on the clock. She thinks we do not get breaks and have been reporting me not working every time we take breaks. Managers obviously know that we are allowed to take breaks, but they always just report me. The worst is that they label us as lazy people who should be working. Not only that even if I explain we can take a break, they still insist that we should not get a break even if it is company policy. WTF.
