After doing so many interviews recently trying to convince people of my value to their business, I'm starting to feel like I'm lying to myself.
I would just like to confess that no, I don't, in fact, care about how well I make or protect somebody else's money, I just want to make enough not to care, and have enough free time to spend it with my kids, my wife, and my dog.
No, I am not passion driven, a go getter, or any other buzzword. I will not go above and beyond, I will do the bare minimum to keep my job, and I feel zero guilt about it.
