I am broadly and fully in support of the Anti-work movement, I think our modern conception of employment is coercive and outdated.
I want to escape the corporate hellscape and make something that makes people's lives less miserable. I want to grow the best weed I can, and sell it at prices that workers can afford.
Eventually though this will probably grow to the point where I cannot do it alone. So I come to you my friends of r/antiwork, when the time comes that I need help, how do I deal with the conflicting goals of abolishing work and my own drive to escape modern work?
I've thought a lot about a Co-Op where every worker owns part of the company, but that doesn't feel like enough. What can I do to be the best I can be here, and do right by the people I work with?
