I work in a call center
I get call pulled monthly for quality purposes each month I get a breakdown of the calls with what happened and how I could improve and a score. I have had the same coach (bob) for almost 2 years. He was awesome. Well he moved departments a last month before my score and I got assigned a new rep (sally)
Bob was aware I’m dyslexic and would ignore the small things that was clearly my dyslexia and focus on the areas I could improve.
When sally took over my first score was normal and nothing crazy. I figured she knew. 2 days ago I got my score and it was lower then normal so I checked it out. She knocked me a lot of points for mixing up 6 and 9 when reading the consumer a number.
I reached out to sally letting her know I’m dyslexic. Later my supervisor emailed me saying “email hr this is medical” so I emailed hr explaining the situation and I get the corporate response “thanks for letting us know.”
Today I get an email from HR who cc sally, my supervisor, manager, and the avp of the company. Saying we will need to have a meeting tomorrow about my medical situation and take the next step towards me lying to consumers.
What the actual fuck.
Edit1: I do have a family attorney.
I’m also aware my call center has at least 3 teams of Attorneys and several legal teams. And gets sued often. And I’m worried I’ll lose suing.
