I’ve been looking for a job for two months now and I finally found one I can’t turn down. They wanted me to start immediately so the best I could do was provide a weeks notice.
I told my old manager this today as well as the new manager. My old manager informed me that she would be withholding my tips due to me not giving a courteous two weeks notice.
