I actually slept in for the first time and I can't remember how long. Woke up feeling great! And then I looked at my phone I had a text message from my boss who told me that I couldn't give another business owner in town information that she had asked me for about a t-shirt company because in my boss's words that business owner doesn't pay her bills.
I really wanted to get into it with my boss and tell her I'm a grown man and I'm going to do whatever the hell I want to do because when I'm not at work she has zero authority over me.
The really sad thing is I'm starting to get a better understanding of why my boss's kids don't speak to her. All of her employees refer to her as a nasty old crow behind her back, and honestly if I didn't love my job so much I probably wouldn't put up with as much as I do and I don't know how much longer I can put up with what I do it might be time to look for something else.
Tomorrow when I go into work I hope and pray that she doesn't say one word to me about it because I am in no mood to have that conversation and I will probably either get fired or quit on the spot.
