I have put in my notice, but I don’t want to work anymore

Hi there, I am from Germany and I quit my job. I have a very long notice period (3 months), so I still have to go to work. But to be honest, I don't want to, at least not for the whole duration of my notice period. I could call in sick (there are no “sick days” that deduct from your vacation like in the US), but with which excuse? I am still waiting for my final assessment (it's like report card in school) and don't want to be graded as a slacker. I have always been a good worker, but I just don't feel it anymore, not after what happened in the last year.
