I work at an IT company/MSP. The company is scaling and they have enough clients to warrant a dedicated position to Microsoft licensing. We entered into an agreement with a third party vendor that would help us manage the licencing nuances, billing, etc. The vendor fucked up the integration and effectively cut off our access to client licenses. We can't access them from Microsoft directly and we can't access them on the vendor site. This means I can't do my job and haven't been able to for a whole week. We have tickets open with Microsoft and the vendor but they've all been incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. This is severely messing with my mental health and I seriously just want to walk out. I'd really appreciate any advice you all might have and a talk down from the ledge. Thanks in advance!
