I cant even think straight right now. My probation period was 90 days and I just got terminated after 93 days and they said they would pay me lue day and are going to remove all my benefits. My manager said I was still on my probation even though I wasnt. I double checked the date and it has already passed 3 days. All this over the phone call after doing so much work for the company. Has this ever happen to anyone? How did you handle it? I was thinking taking a legal action. Any advice is appreciated!
