Was hired by an employment agency as a temp to hire on at a warehouse, work 6 days straight all 12 hour shifts then off 8 days straight. Started on the last day of a crews schedule and was put on that crew. Another crew works the days your off and was told since I had just started and wasn't going to be scheduled for a week and had just started i could come in whenever I'd like on my days off for some extra hours. So I showed up a couple days but that was it. About a week later I get a call and was told I was fired. Reasoning was because i “didn't show up” on days I wasn't supposed to work and tried to say I was on the other crews schedule. I'm trying to get my life together right now and I get fucked over like this. Shits a fucking joke.
