I don't have any concrete proof of this since I only overheard it verbally, and I live in a state where you can be fired at any time with no reason so I'm not exactly optimistic, but I really want to help this guy because he is easily the best manager at our store. I overheard her talking about how he was “stirring up the pot” by bringing up his pay with another manager, and she was going to fire him as soon as she could find a replacement for him because it is, in her words, “a huge no-no to bring that up on the business world”. And by “business world” she means the food service industry.
I don't really have any way to contact him since I don't have his number and we work different shifts due to our schedules, but it is so infuriating to see things like this happen and I want to do something about it. Any suggestions?
