I just put in my 2 weeks’ notice and my 47 hours of PTO has been removed.

The day I put in my 2 weeks notice, my available PTO was 47 hours. My manager asked if I could make 4/15 my last day—instead of 4/12 because a couple of people were on vacation that week and we’d be short. So I said “Sure.” Well, got an email from HR today saying that once a resignation is given, no PTO is able to be taken—even if already approved. And, no PTO is paid out upon resignation, unless mandated by the state (Kentucky is not one of these states). So, I went to the website and it now shows 0.0 hours available for PTO. I’m salary, but I have been told if I call in sick for any remaining days it will be docked from my paycheck. This is a Fortune 500 company, not some rinky-dink operation.
