I worked my ass off for this company and I know for a fact that I did my job better than most of my coworkers, but today my managers had a meeting with me and basically told me that all of my coworkers were complaining about me and my work and that I need to ask my coworkers how they’re feeling every day so that we can “work better as a team”. When i asked what else I could do to be better at my job and not have people complain about me, they couldn’t tell me. every day i feel like my coworkers hate me for no reason so this was the final straw. i left the meeting and walked tf out forever. I have an interview for a better and higher paid job on Friday that i’m certain I’ll nail anyways.
