I just got a job making $15.50 an hour. i know that is still peanuts by most peoples standards. However, after decades of $10-$12 an hour jobs i feel like i am filthy rich now…to put it into perspective, my state still has $7.25 minimum wage. Most places don't pay more than $10. rich people will never understand how even a dollar or 2 more an hour can make life changing differences.
