I left and one week later my employee resigned

We both use a specialized software, and it's a hot market. I left for a 12% raise and my old employee is resigning tomorrow for an 18% raise. The company is going to be screwed as no one else has ever used the software. They want to pay someone less than market value and will have a hard time coming to grips with the fact that they don't get a single application. This just feels so much better than any other time I have ever left a job.
