I loathe my manager, he’s got every bad trait anymore can dream of.
He got great personality, but bad work ethics and lacks professionalism, he forget about everything and likes bragging about himself and his work and exaggerate things tremendously. He keeps on having students and interns and brings on occasional students to “train” aka throw them on me without giving me any notice. Today we got highschool students as interns, and I didn’t know about them, he supposedly planned a project for them and all. That I didn’t know anything of. I also have 7 other college juniors that appeared out of nowhere for me to train. I’m fed up with this. I never got proper training and I didn’t get “managed” in any way possible. He once joked that the best thing about being a manager so he can blame things on his employees.
I’m pretty happy with the environment and with my colleagues but can’t stand my manager and been wishing that he gets replaced anytime soon. Please pray for me.
