She gets 4wks bc she’s been with our org so long I blew her mind when I said that it’s time she’s rightfully earned, not time that’s bestowed upon her by the boss. Don’t think of it as asking permission, you’re fucking telling her lol. You are taking the time off, they can figure out how to adjust She said that was so wise.
