Thats actually the problem. Hard work isn't even something they want from people anymore. They want people who are obedient, not people who get stuff done. When work is actually getting done, then projects are completed. The problem with a completed project is that you aren't going to get any more money out of a customer. Therefore, you have to stop ripping them off. Companies being unable to rip off their customers and their bosses is seen as a problem. Thats the modern philosophy of work!!! Sorry America!!!
