I made a mistake at job and I know that they would kick me out of the business bc of it. I want to send my resignation in before they have a conversation 1 on 1 with me and kick me out. But I dont know what's the right time to do it and how can I do it.
Yes, Im trying to avoid the 1 on 1 conversation as much as possible. I used my own money to purchase the products in order to help me reach the goal and be on commission pay. Its like an obvious crime in the company but no one speaks it out. Every one in the company does the same bad thing as I did but I got caught.
I wouldn't do it if the job is too stressed and the benefits is too low. If I couldn't make it on commission, I only got paid with salary base (minimum wage) for 40 hours a week, no OT pay, no vacation pay, no health insurance. But I work so hard for 10-12 hours per day (not bc I like it but bc manager asked me to do it or she will be unhappy about me), 6 days a week. I also have to travel a lot because of work requirements but have to pay for the gas fee and car maintenance on my own.
If they would have told me about all of this when they hire me, I would not work here. They told me the working hour wwould be from 9-6, vacation pay. Didn't mention clearly about what we gonna do exactly and how I will got paid.
