so I have worked for this company for 8 months and I absolutely love it I love the pay I love the benefits I love the work. I recently switched departments a few weeks ago for a really good pay raise! this department is completely different from the other one… well so far I've gotten written up 4 times since I've switched a couple of them are valid for safety reasons which I completely own and agree with but other ones are completely out of line that I had no idea I was breaking. I was given no prior warning just automatic write up and now my job is at risk if I get written up again! these write ups have been discussed in the presence of HR… what should I do?
I really dont want to find another job…
