My employer took away 30 minutes of worked hours and changed them in to lunch. I didn't take a lunch yesterday and I worked 8 and a half hour. I checked my time table today and I saw that that the 28 minutes was gon and was replaced with 30 lunch. Is that legal? If it is any help I work in Charlotte NC. Edit: I am hourly.
