I need advice on these ridiculous bathroom rules

So I went into work on my day off to pick something up. I work at ~insert red-themed big box store name~ and I saw my boss had a list of new ‘rules’ we had to sign and agree to. Most of them make sense: no phones or AirPods on the clock, no requesting time off on the clock, no standing in front of the time clock waiting for a specific time to clock out. But what gets me is: use your breaks or before your shift to go to the bathroom, no bathroom breaks on the clock. I’m diabetic, AND have IBS. I have to use the bathroom a lot. I don’t let it be a problem, I wait until it isn’t busy or we have a moment or someone can cover me and I don’t go for a long time, etc. How do I say ‘no I won’t…

How do I say ‘no I won’t sign this’? I’m worried they’ll send me home or fire me if I refuse to sign it, but I’m not willing to allow my employer regulate my bathroom habits.
