I need some advice on what to do

So I started working at Boston Pizza about 2 months ago and the place is a corporate nightmare. I'm just a dishwasher and its hell for me, but when I talked to one of the servers today my mind was blown. To begin with, we're expected to do online training at home with my compensation. For a minimum wage job. I've yet to do it. If someone dines and dashes than the server gets the bill taken out of their paycheck. If someone doesn't tip, and expected gratuity is taken from the servers paycheck. And like the icing on this shit cake, one of the mangers is the rudest and most inconsiderate people I've ever met. Everyone stays late every time she's working because she demands it. Naturally I'm not going to sit around letting this happen, or stick around long, but I want to make sure whatever I do…

Naturally I'm not going to sit around letting this happen, or stick around long, but I want to make sure whatever I do cripples the franchise for this appalling behaviour. Noone should leave a shift with less money than they started.

I should mention that I'm in Alberta for anyone who has any legal suggestions
