I need some advice, please

Hi! Throwaway account here. (Also English is not my first language) So I've been working in this company a year and a half. This is a little company: 2 owners/bosses (1 in charge of sales and the other does the administration work, supposedly) and 2 mechanics and now me. I started working as an administrative assistant to my boss who we will call A but soon I noticed that I was doing 85% of all administration work. And he was doing nothing, I don't really care, it's his company and I like the job. But as months go by, I talk to him to ask for a salary increase or at least, that they change my position/category for Administrative (not assistant). He says it's “too soon” but that they will do it once I've been working here for a year. I believe him. In Dec 2021, one of the mechanics…

Hi! Throwaway account here. (Also English is not my first language)

So I've been working in this company a year and a half.

In Dec 2021, one of the mechanics is fired and my other boss, the one in charge for sales we'll call him B, starts doing this mechanics' job. Also, they offer the other mechanic (the one who is still working) a salary increase because he just made a year here. I think that's a great sign for me too! And in January they increase his salary (+200€). I'm soooo happy, of course. (I know about this as I am the one in charge of salary payments).

Okay, so months pass and now it's my time, I've been working here a year and I talk to my boss again. But he tells me they can't increase mine. I don't talk about my other colleague, I don't bring that into the conversation because I don't think it's fair for my colleague but I am pretty pissed.

I can't quit because I need the money but I am so so mad with this. Also, they have hired another mechanic, and the funny part is they are paying him the same salary that the other mechanic is receiving (incluiding the salary increase) and the new guy is only working 4 days a week (even though the rest of us work 5 days, bosses included). I am the only woman working here, and I don't want to say this is the reason they are treating me like this but I don't know what to think.

Edit to add this: my boss B is really pissed they aren't making money (he's doing sales and mechanics too) and told me a couple weeks ago, that we all (A, B and me) are going to talk in september to see who isn't doing their administration work (boss A or me) and to have one out of the company, that obviously (in his words) should be me, even though he knows I am doing my job…

On top of that, now my bosses are pretty pissed because our company owes 130000 € to our suppliers (due 30th sep), more than 90000€ in bank credits, and we have just 50000€ pending from our costumers. And they are constantly blaming on me for customers don't paying on time (the thing is most of them are paying according to the terms previously accorded with them). They blame me while they're spending company's money for their personal lives (also in charge of registering all this, that's how I now).

I don't know what to do, sometimes I want to talk to them, to tell them I'm not a stupid and that I know about the increase salary or 4 day week of my coworkers and sometimes I think I just have to wait until all this huge ball of sh*t explodes.

Yes, I've already started looking for a new job.

Sorry for the long text.

Tldr: my bosses think I'm stupid, I guess
