i'm disabled. i'm applying with an employer whose a desk job and pays well 30 minutes from my house. instead of me giving them a copy of the government forms proving i have an axis I or axis II disability they want me to get my doctor to fill out a form asking for a small accommodation like having extra breaks. is this how it's done or is this some weird back door way to do something.
this employer only employs the disbled and former veterans and pays well i'm trying to figure out why they want to do it this way which i've never dealt with before.
