I need unemployment help

Recently my fiancé and I moved states for to them receiving a job offer. On the first week of may I told my boss (the owner) that I would be moving at the beginning of June (huge mistake I know). We’ll, the moving process took longer than anticipated and in that time I informed him that I’d be able to stay and work longer. On May 31st I told him that I’d be able to stay until June 30th.

He acknowledged this but asked me to return my key so that a different employee could use it. On June 3rd I skipped my lunch and left 30 minutes early as I and other employees have done many times before. When I attempted to log into our app I found myself locked out. When I called him he informed me it was my last day.

I filed for unemployment for unwarranted firing and was approved. In the next month I filed 2 times while looking for short term work in state 1 and long term work in state 2. Since then We have moved to state 2 and just last week I received a notice of hearing in the mail for an appeal filed my former employer. The problem is that the hearing was the day before I received the letter due to a forwarding delay. Luckily this appeal failed because he was unable to provide sufficient evidence of firing for cause.

Today however I woke up to an email stating that I owe everything I was given in unemployment back to state 1. My employer filed a 2nd appeal, this time stating that he accepted my resignation (and took my key) on the 20th and fulfilled it on the 5th. I was never informed of this. I know the dates are a lie but the only evidence I have on the dates are from texts I sent to coworkers regarding my interactions with my boss.

So how fucked am I?

TLDR:
Don’t give more than 2 weeks (you don’t even owe them that)
