This is all for the sake of something fun to think about, of course, but I worked high up in a very popular and viral online shop, and despite me BEGGING them to have myself and others with access to sensitive company info sign some sort of non-disclosure agreement, they never had me, or anyone else, sign. Despite the fact that I now still have access to every single recipe developed before and during my 1 year employment, a lot of the ideas coming from me and my hard work. What could I do with zero legal repercussions? I tried so hard for a year to help out this business, but the owners drove every good employee away, giving them nervous breakdowns in the process.
