I decided to start my own business and today with the support of my husband I put in my two weeks notice.
After a while I've become disgusted with how companies now days operate, and the lack of humanity in it all.
Granted this company was way better than the last few I've been through but it still doesn't change the fact that they treat us like machines. Like we're not owed more for breaking ourselves and punsihed for when we do break and need time off. Punished for having families and not dedicating our whole life to the company, signing our souls away for pennies.
It's going to be hard, I'm a self starter and dont even have all the tools i need yet.
But I want to change the workplace how and people are treated and the best place i can figure to start is with myself and my company.
I'm 25 years old and sick of the way this world is ran. Our politics, the older generation is ruining us, They've no longer have ensured the well being and future of this country and the people in it. They've only ensured the well being and future for themselves and their children.
