Don't be afraid to quit.. In 10 years I quit (and burned major bridges) 12 jobs. I keep getting hired. Now I work in a different field at an amazing place and have no reason to quit because its a unicorn company that cares enough about employees that the work life money balance is good. But don't be afraid to quit the jobs that you dwell on in your free time because you dread going back. Don't be afraid to quit and make a nasty manager have to pick up the slack. Dont be afraid to quit because you're treated like shit. There will ALWAYS be someone else who would rather hire you. Every job after I quit- I would give myself a raise. I just bought a house. Treat you how your company should treat you.
