I quit my first job after only 2 days

During my first interview last week, I was told the position was a carpentry position for a pretty decent pay and 6-2:30 M-F. While I don’t wanna wake up that early, the end of the shift allowed plenty of time for the rest of the day so I was fine with it. During my second interview with the my soon to be former supervisor he asked me to come in at 4:30-4:30, I was fine with this because I assumed it would be just a long training day and getting me acquainted with the shop’s preferences. On my first day I asked my former Supervisor if I could come in at 6:00 instead of 4:30. He responded “if you aren’t able to do it, then we can always find someone else who can”. The next day I came in, worked my 12 hours then cleared all my personal tools out and left. I now have an extra $500 in gas money.
