I feel such a relief that I don't have to go back to the toxic environment that I was working in any longer. My boss made everyone around him feel stupid and less than human, I stayed because he would have good days but I was just making excuses for him. I already have another job lined up with better benefits and Healthcare, better hours (4day work week) and better pay, and it's 5 miles from my house…
I don't know if it will work out with this new employer but it can't be worse than what I left. Thank you to everyone here that gave me the push I needed.
