What it says in the title. My boss was 10/10 for over a year and then threw a temper tantrum at me for zero reason and I quit on the spot. I wasn't staying to be further disrespected. I've never had a job ask why I quit before. It's a generic looking letter with multiple choice questions. Like did you quit for personal reasons etc. My guess is this is just some HR bs so they can get stuff in writing in case ppl apply to unemployment? Idk. I don't think I owe them anything.
