I quit the same job three times. got a raise x3

So I worked for a casino, as a security guard. I was told at my hiring that in 3 months i would get a raise. 4 months go by I ask and there is simply no time. I wait another 2 weeks and hand in my two weeks notice letting the general manager know I can't work for a company that can't keep their word. I get told the “review will be complet at the end of the week” I go for the review and get told “this raise is considered your 3 month review and your 1 year review”. skip a few months again the general manager does not keep their word, I took a month off from another job to pick up the slack at the casino pulling overtime all I requested was one week off the casino so I had 1 week off from both jobs. skip a few months again the general manager does not keep their word, I took a month off from another job to pick up the slack at the casino pulling overtime all I requested was one week off the casino so I had 1 week off from both jobs. I get scheduled the whole month. Fine what ever it had to be done. The bar staff were extremely toxic. So I had enough and put my notice in I get offered a raise to stay.

A few months go by for some reason i wanted to stay longer so I asked security manager to stay. 3min past my time to go home a call for first aid comes across the radio I respond to what ended up being a collapsed lung. Rescue breath for the dude(co worker) he gets rushed to the hospital I call the GM to let her know there's a worker being rushed to the hospital their only response “is the casino burning?” “No? Don't call me unless the building is burning” I put my notice in, on my next pay was a 1.35 raise. I committed to my notice to end employment and during my exit interview told hr why I wasn't coming back.
