I feel underpaid, overworked and out of gas. I'm continually working way more hours than I ever wanted to with this job, and being shortstaffed isn't helping any of it.
The big worries are that one, I'll be disappointing my family- my grandparents think it's grand that I'm getting so much work, and were proud of me when I took the job. My mother insists I should have another job lined up before I quit- which I know is reasonable, just hard to do with my hours.
The other worry is of course financial. I do have what I consider to be a good chunk of change saved, and could probably float along for six months, barring catastrophe.
Any thoughts?
