I recieved this text today, after I resigned last Monday. They changed my entire job description from desk work to laborious work 75% of the way through training. How would you respond to this? I feel bait and switched.

“This is Mike. Once training was done with Shelby you were gonna be on my shift. I am your supervisor. We never officially met. I noticed that you wasn't here Saturday or Sunday. I just wanted to know what was going on with those days?”
