My boss asked me to call her to talk about it when I brought up the schedule. She didn’t even tell me, I just found it today when checking. She said that nobody can cover my shift, and that I’ll have to work anyhow. What can I do to combat this?? Edit: I would call out, but she essentially told me that I’ll be fired if I call out or if I’m late again. (I have been sick twice within the past 90 days)
