I am the head of my department for an Biomed start up and lately, business has been booming. 10 hours of paperwork minimum is for required for each procedure (2-3 times a week) as well has flying to various states to retrieve the actual research we use to make the product!! I’ve asked for a raise multiple times because I’m pulling 60 hour weeks and have been with the company for a fair amount of time. Send help.
