I see a lot of accounts of bad employers, does anyone have positive accounts?

Doomscrolling can drain the brain. Does anyone have any positive accounts of workplaces changing for the better? Has anyone recently been hired to a foreword thinking company? Looking for some feel good (dont make stuff up though! haha)
