So thanks to you guys I decided to hand in my notice, I've worked at a call centre for 9 months and it's quite far for me as I have to walk 20 mins to bus station, 1 hour for waiting for bus and travel then 15 mins to walk to my office. I didn't mind it until I was put on customer service and was doing lates so 2-10 shift and on top of that my boss said he wouldn't be increasing wages so here I am answering a call every 5 minutes, doing customer service cases and doing it for minimum wage (9.50) I took alot for me to hand in my notice and I thanked the company for the opportunity but I'm out.
