Okay, this is a strange one since this is only my 2nd job ever. I’m 16, so I don’t have much job experience.
I started today, and I found out that the room we work in is not air conditioned. It really sucks since it’s hot there, but I can somewhat manage. What confused me is that we have to clock out if we want to go drink some water. Due to the nature of the job, I get why we can’t have water in the room we’re working on, but having to clock out to drink water? It’s a lot of manual labor and it’s hot and we still have to clock out? The company also has no place to get water, you have to bring your own if you want any.
I’m not the crazy one, right? For some reason I feel like this is not right, and I thought you’d know better than me.
