Antiwork

I started working in a start up company where the director nor the manager have any idea wtf they are doing.

It’s a energy storage R&D company. The director doesn’t know any chemistry or the basic concepts. But wants to make all the chemical synthesis decisions. The manager doesn’t know how contracts work. She makes me sign a NDA and when I ask where is my copy of the contract and could she make me one. She said I don’t need a copy. She did the same for another document I signed. People are leaving constantly because in two years since the company started they haven’t been able to figure out how to make the R&D department work or anything else. On my first day of work someone quit. It’s so bad.
